  • Reservations & Deposits:
    One night deposit is required within one week from
    the date the reservation is made.
    Reservations may not be shortened after arrival.
    Inclement weather conditions and/or early departure cancellations are neither transferable or non-refundable
    Personal Checks are only accepted in payment for deposit.
    We do not accept checks upon arrival.
    Credit Card Deposits are required for both
    Beach Badges-$40.00 and Room Keys $10.00
    The Tradewinds reserves the right to require a security deposit upon arrival.

  • Cancellations:
    Deposits will be forfeited unless cancellation is
    made 14 days prior to arrival date.
    A refund is issued, less a $25.00 service fee,
    if canceled two weeks prior to arrival date.

  • Notice: Our motel pool and property are for the use of registered guests only. Due to limited space, only one car per room is allowed. Your vehicle must be moved off the premises at the time of check out.

    ALL ROOMS ARE NOW NON-SMOKING!
    THE TRADEWINDS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. A FINE OF $300.00 OR THE LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE IMPOSED IF THIS POLICY IS VIOLATED.
    THE TRADEWINDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT UPON ARRIVAL.
    THE TRADEWINDS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR ACCIDENT, LOSS OF MONEY, JEWELRY OR GUESTS PERSONAL POSSESSIONS.
